Pre-Natal Massage: Pregnant moms can lay face down on a specially designed bolster and receive instant relief from tired, overworked muscles throughout the body feels especially great on the back and hips.

Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue massage focuses on specific problem areas of the body. I incorporate silicone cupping and joint mobilization techniques to break up myofascial adhesions that are the source of discomfort.

CranioSacral Therapy I & II with Intra-Oral Mouth Work This specific modality is very relaxing and useful for anyone who suffers from headaches, anxiety, or prior head and neck injuries. It is a very subtle touch to specific spots on the spine and head. Working with the rhythmic flow of the cerebral spinal fluid profoundly influences the nervous, immune, and endocrine systems. Great for those who suffer from insomnia and anxiety.

Swedish Massage: This is a very light overall technique that induces relaxation in the body.

Hot Stone Massage: The Hot Stone technique penetrates layers of tired sore muscles, the heat is very relaxing and is perfect end of a long day!

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage: Lymphatic Massage is a specific medical protocol useful for those who experience chronic inflammation.  It enhances the immune system while increasing circulation to the body, enabling the body to reduce swelling, decrease pain, and reduce fluid retention.

Footzone Session: A footzone works with entire body systems, this is done by applying pressure at reflex points of the feet connected to specific organs of the body. I often incorporate this into my massages or upon request will do a foot zone session.

Sports Massage: Sports massage consists of massage with added stretching. The massage can focus on deep tissue work to problem areas. This is very beneficial to prevent injury by increasing blood and synovial fluid in the joints, muscles, and tissue. Feels great before and after an event.

Cupping Therapy: I am certified in Silicon cupping therapy.  Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine where special cups are placed on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. The idea is to draw blood to or away from parts of your body. This can help with pain, inflammation, relaxation, and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue modality.
